Who we are
Design Scope Engineering ("we", "us") operates this website. Our workshop is at Nothern Bypass, Next to Milestone Total Petrol Station, near KU Referral Hospital, Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us at designscopeinnovations@gmail.com or 0722-815-012.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quotation request we collect the name, phone number, email address and project details you choose to give us. We also record which page the enquiry came from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which help us prevent spam and understand which parts of the site are useful.
We keep anonymous counts of interactions such as tapping a call or WhatsApp button. These counts are not linked to you personally.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send you the quotation you asked for.
- To contact you about your project by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep a record of work quoted and delivered.
- To improve the website and the services we offer.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services
If enabled, this site may use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate traffic patterns, and a Meta pixel to measure advertising performance. These services set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. Contact buttons may open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email client — those applications handle the conversation from that point onwards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially useful, normally up to five years, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to designscopeinnovations@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Enquiry data is stored on our web host and accessible only through a password-protected administrator account. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
